Keep on hanging

Keep on hanging guys. A simple yet effective way of how to fix some of bad shoulder issues or spine problems.

For me it does the magic. You can do it anywhere as long as there's something to hang on from haha but you'd be surprised as once you start looking bars, branches or door frames are everywhere haha 😂

Simply hold on and hang 2-3 times a day for 20-30s or as long as you can.

For me, on top of cbd oil & balm it does magic to my bad shoulder.

Dead hang is not just a type of exercise as one could think, it's kinda physiotherapy and it does work.

It would strengthen your grip and core muscles, so great if you train any type of grappling martial arts like BJJ - check Fighting Fit.

Hanging around would also bring following benefits -


Decompress spine A dead hang may decompress and stretch out the spine. It may be beneficial if you sit often or need to stretch out a sore back.


Stretch the upper body Dead hangs are a nice stretch for the shoulders, arms, and back. If your body is feeling tight from sitting or exercise, you may want to try dead hangs a few times a week as a cooldown or relaxing stretch Give it a go guys, cost nothing, takes only seconds yet still do the job 😊
